Tale of Two Sisters

Tale of Two Sisters Review – I’ll admit it, I’m a junkie for Asian horror movies!  American horror goes for blood & guts and Asian horror…yeah, they go for “Let me creep you out and mess with your mind”.

This was a really good movie!  It’s the story of a family haunted by their past.  The family consists of two sisters, Soo-mi (Su-jeong Lim) and Soo-yeon (Geun-Young Moon), their widowed father, Moo-hyeon (Kap-su Kim), their step mother, Eun-joo (Jung-ah Yum) and their deceased mother, Mi-hee (Seung-bi Lee).

It’s a movie with ghosts, bad dreams, and ones ability to cope with something ones mind just has a hard time handling.  The question is…whose mind is finding it difficult?  It will leave you with questions at the end that will make you think it about it for a few hours before you finally decide what was going on…and then question it again 🙂

I enjoyed this movie.  I had it figured out before the end of the movie but all of my questions weren’t answered by that same point.  It was a movie that had me thinking for a few hours after it was finished before I had some of the back stories figured out.

I watched this on Netflix.
